Plugin Error


Hello, we are currently experiencing a problem with logging in to the website and it is also not displayed online. The problem is with the plugin installed, but we do not have the recovery mode as Wordpress advised us to use in email. Is there any way to fix the problem?

I would suggest you use FTP or Cpanel to access the files. You need to go to the wp-content/plugins/ directory where you need to rename the plugins directory one by one to check which plugin causing the issue.

In case if it doesn’t work for you please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
  • FTP details
