Why is the mobile version of my website not the same as the desktop version? I’m at www.martinrayvaughan.com. I have the site looking like it should on the desktop, but in the mobile, many things are different… Menus, Logos, ect.
Thank you!

Hi Marty,
It is not possible to use the Desktop view elements for mobile because the mobile browser window is much smaller. For example the Navigation inline element will not work correctly on mobile as the menu items will go to second line.
That is why we have mobile friendly elements such as the Navigation Collapsed to be used on mobile and there is a feature called Hide During Breakpoint that is used to hide an element on mobile and show other.
Here is how you can make use of that feature:
Thank you.
So for example, I am using the ‘Starter Fixed Right’ template for my Posts page (martinrayvaughan.com/blog), and it looks great on desktop - but on mobile it is showing the generic ‘FauxLogo’ graphic and a different menu.
How would I fix this?
To clarify, I am talking about Header templates…
Hi Martin,
Have you tried editing the logo and menu element after creating the header? The faux logo is part of the templates that you imported, the name of the template is Starter Fixed Right. It’s still there and the menu since they aren’t edited.
Please change the logo and menu accordingly based on your preference. It’s another header bar created from a template.
Thanks!
