Personify: Mogul Broken Format on Mobile

I’ve developed a site for a customer using the Mogul theme. Overall, they are pleased with it except for some sections on the mobile platform which just crush text into a tiny column. No idea why. See secure note for link.

In order to help you with your concerns, we need to check your settings. I would request please share the admin login details. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password

Thanks for sharing the admin login details. I went ahead and checked your settings. It seems that there is an issue in your Global CSS code. It seems that you have added the invalid CSS code. You need to remove this code from the Global CSS. You need to go to the cornerstone->Theme Option->Custom code->Global CSS.

You need to remove the META HTML code from the CSS since the Global CSS box can be used for CSS code only.

I’ve done that. Saved. Reloaded. No change.

Hmm. Now it appears to be working. Not sure if you’ve changed something. I reloaded both Brave and Safari, and the pages are rendering as they should. Please see new forum Topic about “telephone numbers” and mobile browsers. Thank you.

I went ahead and removed the code, and it is working fine. Please have a look at the given screenshot below in the secure note. Please clear your browser cache and recheck it.
