Persistent License Validation Issues

Same problem as here:

WP Engine host after spinning up a staging environment. I have an unlimited license and I see that it is listed in my site list in my account, but it will not validate at the site itself. Please take a look at this issue in depth because it seems to be happening for others and I have seen it before myself. I am sure that it will validate eventually but I really don’t have time to just wait for an arbitrary and inconsistent amount of time before basic functionality can be expected to work.

Thank you for writing in, that seems to sound like a caching-related issue. Please clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) before and after the validation.

That was the first thing I did, no effect. The license is validated now of course. But then, I always knew it would resolve eventually. But the question is, why does this delay/validation loop happen in the first place? What can be done to circumvent this issue? Is anything going to be done on our end to address the problem so it does not happen next time?
