Password Bypass Not Working With Under Construction Plugin

Hi,

The password bypass in the Under Construction plugin does not seem to be working even when the correct password is entered. I have tried clearing the website cache and it doesn’t seem to resolve the issue.

I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password

Thank you for your reply. I just tried following the suggestions in common issues but unfortunately they did not resolve the issue.

I have updated the secure note with the requested details.

Hello @liamsaunders,

I checked your site settings, and it seems that there is an issue with the cache. I went ahead to the Dashboard->GoDaddy->Tools->Flush Cache, and it is working fine on my end. I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and recheck it.
