Parent Navigation Not Working Even Though It is Set to Indicator

I have a collapsed navigation on this site https://redheattavern.com/ which has parent links that are not clickable even though I set the Sub Menu Trigger to Anchor.

I’ve tried flushing out the site cache and the theme’s style cache, but nothing is changing. Can you have a look at this for me? I’m attaching a secure note.

It might be the issue of any plugin conflict or version compatibility issue.
