2. Reduce image sizes
3. Minify JS and CSS files
4. Use advanced caching mechanisms with a caching plugin
5. Use a CDN
6. Clean up WordPress database etc.

these are pro theme files and they are on a CDN, the images were disable and that is what lead me here as i had reduced one of them to 86k and it was still showing issue so i removed it and not it is default js and css

You can optimize your site using optimization plugins. We know any site can be optimized because we have experienced that in our Boost service.
