PageSpeed Mobile Score Will Not Increase from 35

I’ve tried everything I can think of for a week now and can’t get this score to improve.

I’ve tried everything in this guide I’ve seen recommended in this forum:

I’ve tried W3 Total Cache and many other optimization performance plugins.

I’m going to give you access to the website via a secure note.

Ok I’ll look into that thank you.

I just don’t understand because I have many other websites on the same server that have many more plugins and are way more complex in functions than this website and those other websites are scoring in the 70’s and 80’s for mobile.
