Pages Randomly Blank with Cornerstone Editor

Hello -

We can’t tell exactly when this happened, but certain pages on our site built with Cornerstone are now blank. The shortcodes for Cornerstone are all still in the backend. If we edit the page with Cornerstone, the page appears visually, but we can’t edit any of the cornerstone elements. On the front end, the page is just blank. This is random throughout our site - some pages load fine with Cornerstone, others are blank.

I have disabled all plugins except Cornerstone and am running the TwentySeventeen theme to debug. I can’t find any errors in the log or in console.

Any ideas for additional troubleshooting steps? We’re running X Theme Version 8.0.11 and Cornerstone Version 5.0.11.

The issue appears randomly right? This could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

Child Theme
CSS/JS Customization
Disabling Cache
Disabling CDN
