When I export a page template from a staging site and then import that .tco file to my live site and apply it to a new page, every single image in the template is broken and isn’t imported. One image, for example, has a source of “52258:full” on the staging site, but then shows “cs-tmpl:0a0420930c0de445ce671cdcdf5b0a85:cs-tmpl” as the source after importing the .tco into the live site.
I’m running Pro v6.5.3, Wordpress 6.61, and PHP 8.2. Has anyone else run into this issue lately?

Thanks for writing in! Which file image file format is in the template? Please check if the server that you are importing accepts the file type. If you can send us the .tco file, it would also help so we can try and replicate the issue on our testing servers. We would also love to check your WP install. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
