Page Specfic Footer not being honored

Hi,

I’ve made a footer for a specific page and the page still shows the main footer for my site. Screenshot attached. I’ve set the Priority to both 0 and 1 and it makes no difference.

In order to help you with your concern, we need to check your settings so I would request you please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
• Exact Footer Name and exact page URL where the footer needs to be assigned.

Hi David,

Thank you for the credentials, but what is the login URL? the common /wp-admin/ and wp-login.php are not working.

In the meantime, try clearing all your caching plugins and feature even the deactivated one.

Also, try setting the Survey Footer priority number to -1
