Page Scrolling issues

Our site https://www.kenwoodhall.co.uk/ has developed page scrolling issues. There is a delay in the ability to scroll down the page and then scroll up the page when you reach the footer. Thought it might be waiting the load the Rev slider at first but the same issue appears on ages without any slider e.g https://www.kenwoodhall.co.uk/celebrations/ you have to scroll twice to get the page to move.

No issues on Safari, but there are issues on chrome and edge. Plus on Iphone and other mobile devices.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and found that the double scrollbar is the reason behind your problem. The double scrollbar appears only if some of the elements are taller or similar in height to their container. I would suggest you go through the following thread, which may help you.

[Bug] Adding top border to footer adding a double scroll bar

Currently using the latest version of pro/wordpress etc. When adding a 1px top border to a bar in the footer a double scroll bar enters into play. It can be removed with overflow: hidden but want to report it so it can be fixed for anyone who might run into this.

NOTE: In your website, the Footer > Bar is set to the 150px and the Container is also set to 150px. Please adjust the value or set it to the auto and check if that helps.

Superb setting the containers to Auto and then adjusting the margin to elements has solved the issues.
