Thanks for writing in! It seems that you have inserted a (WPDM) shortcode from a 3rd party plugin in a Text element. It is best that you contact the creators of this plugin for further support. They should be able to give you a mode detailed solution to your issue.

I know I’m using a 3rd party shortcode, but I have been using that plugin on several projects, with different themes, and it works perfectly, the only with the conflict is Pro.
Their customer support is not good, and since the issue is not on their end, they can not help me.
That’s why I’m in need of your help.

I’m sorry, but we do not provide support for 3rd party plugins. But, this issue is because our themes do have its own jump link smooth scroll feature and the plugin uses href="#" to open its tab. We do not have a solution for that conflict.
That advise that I can leave you is you don’t use the arrow of your plugin. Instead use the button with text like in the screenshot below. I found that it also opens the accordion.
If you really need the arrow, contact the plugin author to devise a different method to open the tab without the use of hash/jump links
