Page not saving - failed to save during edit

I have a group of 7 sites that are nearly identical in most of the content. I am updating our leadership page across all 7 sites and on one site only I get the Uh no message that the content cannot be saved. I am able to edit other pages on that site without issues. So it is just the one page on the one site that does not work.

All the sites use the same version of WP and Pro theme. Other than extra content and images the sites are identical to one another in every way.

The page in question is https://www.libertycoinfarms.com/leadership/ and I’m attempting to update a couple of the bio’s.

Hello Chris,

Thanks for writing in! Does the issue occur after you have updated your WordPress core? Please update everything to the latest version. Our latest versions are:

  • Pro theme 4.2.3
  • WordPress 5.7
  • PHP 7.4

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog:

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

To know how to create a secure note, please check this out: How The Forum Works

Please let us know how it goes.

That seems to have done the trick. Odd that the other sites didn’t have the same issue though.

Great News!
