Page corrupted

Hi there,

i found a page which does not show the way it was originally designed. Just a couple of icons and some text in light gray. I cannot open the page in Pro.

Thanks for writing in! The page is cached because you have installed LiteSpeed Cache plugin. Please clear all you plugin caches and test the page again. Did the issue happened after your updates? Please check out this documentation to troubleshoot it:

Meanwhile, keep in mind that you are not allowed to edit the pages outside of Pro editor. It will result to corruption of data which no longer allow you to edit the page back in the Pro editor.

Hi Fred,

May I know how it was displayed so I can confirm? And how do you edit your content before? And yes, it’s corrupted, as you can see in this screenshot,

There is no section, row, or column structure, it’s just featured box element. Have you edited the data directly? I’m afraid the only way to fix this is by redoing the content in the builder since the data is now gone. What we’re seeing now are just remnants (generated shortcodes) of that corrupted data.
