Page content tends to ‘snap back’ when first scrolling

You can see my troubles in this video:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/xrs8n9u3l0eigd1/RPReplay_Final1610864853.MP4

This happens when scrolling down from the top, and scrolling back up from the bottom. I also just found that it happens on another site of ours. Both were made with earlier versions of Pro v3. The site in the video clip had some blocks copied into it.

I found a few other forum posts with similar problems. Some suggested setting heights to auto, but that didn’t seem to change anything.

Other posts suggested bad HTML code. I looked through as much as I could, but didn’t really find much.

Any suggestions?

Hello @splaquet,

Thanks for writing in! You may be having a caching issue since you have installed the HummingBird plugin. Kindly clear all your plugin caches and test your site again. It could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

Testing for Plugin Conflict
Theme Update
Child Theme
CSS/JS Customization
Increasing PHP Memory Limit
Disabling Cache
Disabling CDN

Hi! Did you solve the scrolling problem? Unfortunately, I have exactly the same problem and have no clue what that might be.

Hi Dennis,
