Scroll "bounces" back on first try

Hi.
I am working on this page https://hotellkupolen.jarvendesign.se/
I have a similiar problem such as this thread: Page content tends to ‘snap back’ when first scrolling

Where the content “snaps” back when first scrolling. I have read through the thread but cannot find a solution to the problem. This is basically a brand new installation and I dont have any plugins, i think, that could cause the problem.
Can you help me?

Looks like i managed to solve this one as well. I had removed the footer and the widget areas which seemed to cause the problem. But when i activated the bottom footer area the “bounce” problem disappeared

I also had the problem and after checking the “scrolling” setting in the bar element it worked like a charm.
