Our site was migrated last week from one hosting provider to another. When the migration occurred – we were prompted to revalidate the theme. We had to get the license from the previous developer - who had it in her account. She transferred the license, we were able to create an account for Holli in your system, I attempted the license again, and it is still not working.
I click on fix in the prompt, enter the license code, and it shuts down the admin panel of my back end. I’m able to re-enter the site by going back to the wp-admin login, but when I do, the same “fix” message is prompting with the theme.
How do we validate this?
