Our headers & footers are MISSING in the Header & Footer Builders

Hello Support,

We’re having a major issue with the Header and Footer Builders - we are not able to access the headers that we built via header builder.

As you can see in the screenshot below, we very clearly have a header built:

But when you click on Header Builder, the header we built is not in the list:

We would like to resolve ASAP as we would not like to have to rebuild the header and footer on this site.

The same issue is happening to our footer:

Hey FBC,

Thanks for reaching out.

There could be a plugin or custom code that affects the header/footer builder behavior.

I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

  1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
  2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  3. THEME UPDATE
  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

Only if none of that helps, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
