"Oops, Slider Not Found" Error

I have the Auto Theme and am trying to install a slider onto my homepage but am getting the “Oops, slidr not found” error.

I have everything (Slider Revolution and XTheme verified and authenticated)
I have created a slider and applied it above the mast and saved it and it doesn’t apply

In addition, the preview looks different depending on if I am in the normal Cornerstone editor or if I am in the Theme Editor.

Any idea why?

Hello Johnathan,

Thanks for sharing the credentials, I went ahead and checked your site. It seems that there is some JS console error.

I also noticed that you are using multiple caches and JS/CSS/HTML minification plugin that are “SG Optimizer”, “W3 Total Cache” and “Minify HTML”. I would suggest you purge all the cache and then temporarily deactivate the plugin and then check it again.

I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

  1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
  2. CSS/JS Customization
  3. Version Compatibility
  4. Disabling Cache

If none of those work, It would be best if you could copying your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site.

Thanks
