Old version of X not loading

I have created a staging site however neither the staging site or the normal site have a working backend . I have been unable to update the theme version on either.

It generates a plain white page or an error message.

Please help me get started on this update

We do not provide support for old versions of X with the exception of the previous version. Please kindly update your site to X 9.1.4 or X 10.2.5. If you choose 9.1.4, you need to do a manual update (see https://theme.co/docs/how-to-update#how-to-perform-a-manual-update)

In case you wonder where to download X 9.1.4, go to your Account Dashboard > Single Licenses and click on the domain. You’ll see the following buttons.

I can’t get the site to work even to upload the theme. This is such a nightmare I bought extra nsupport specifically. It seems like every time I get it loading it turns into an error and I can’t even upload the installer file

I need a little bit of help please. I bought enhanced support because I thought you would help me. I know how to update the file but I can’t access the Hayes site to update the WordPress installer

I think you’ll need to turn on WP_DEBUG and if it’s the WordPress 6.2 issue sending us FTP can help us get you up and running on your old X version or recovery mode if your server has emailing setup. Send us a secure note with this info if you’d like us to do it for you or take a look at this guide. Sending us this info in a message through One is fine as well.

I did not mean to withdrawal the post. The issue is ongoing

Essentially I am unable so upgrade the theme to the newest version because the cornerstone plugin is generating a critical wp error

The issue is still happening. It is visible when you navigate to blog posts. Wordpress is generating a critical error when I attempt to access the wp backend

Please login to your hosting panel. Find the File Manager and you must delete the Cornerstone plugin and the X theme from their respective folders (plugins and themes folder). You will then have to log in to your Themeco account and download the latest version of the X theme to be installed on your site.

If you are having some issues then, please provide us with your FTP details so that we can investigate further.

It is loading now but it appears to be unstyled on mobile. styles are changed

It seems that it was an issue with the cache I went ahead and clear the cache from the cornerstone—>Settings —>Clear System Cache. I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and then check it again. I have tested it on the Google Chrome browser version 111.0.5563.58 on an Android phone. Please check the given screenshots in the secure note.
