Nothing happens when pressing "manage layout" button

Hi

From a section, nothing happens when I click the “manage layout” button.

Fixed. It’s possible this action will go away in the next update because simply clicking “Layout” will now keep whatever you previously had Inspected active in the Layout tree. Everything would be “Duplicate”.
