Hi @ruenel!
Thank you for your reply!
For some reason, all the translations were gone for the products. Please be careful, thank you!
I don’t want to use the Cornerstone translation switcher as it creates duplicates of the layout and does not translate the text. When I change the design, I have to update it for all duplicates, instead of just once. That is why I only want to translate the text using WPML.
Sorry about the screenshots, I forgot about the firewall settings on the NAS.
What I do is the following:
- Select the Woo Single Layout in the Translation Management in WPLML to translate
- Set all language to ‘Translate myself’. WPML does see that there is text (~4000 words)
- Under WPML > Translation I select the Woo Single EN to translate
- But when opened, the only thing to translate is the title
Is there a way to make WPML understand that there is text to translate inside these layouts?
I saw this post: Translate component parameter with WPML using {{ __('Your translated text') }}
but I don’t understand how that works.
I am in HTML Storage mode. I double checked al WPML is at the latest version.
I’m looking forward to your reply! Many thanks in advance!
