Not able to validate X theme after Purchas

I have purchased an X theme update and installed and now it won’t validate. I have tried several options suggested in the forum. I need to get this fix. Cornerstone not working in Live Preview making it hard to update website. Please help…

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in!
I can see you have two licenses but both the license point to a single website.

Can you please confirm if you have the issue with the same site or any different site?
If it’s a different site please assign the website to a license and revalidate it.
Please check validation guide.

Hello There,

Please go to the plugins section and deactivate Cornerstone. once deactivated, please delete Cornerstone. And then go to X > Validation so that the latest Cornerstone bundled in your X theme will be installed automatically. If this does not help in validating your X theme, please provide us access to your site so that we can take a closer look.
