Not able to select color code with cursor in Global Colors

I’m not able to select the color code by trying to drag the cursor over the text, when I try this the whole panel is dragged. Only by double clicking the text I’m able to select the text. As far as I noticed this only happens with the Global Colors panel

Hopefully the video makes it clear what is happening.
