Not able to move the license to new server

Hi, we are migrating the website and trying to use the license on the newsly migrated website but the license is not working. It says:

" Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account."

I have added the info in Themeco account but it still won’t let me use the license. Please advice.
