Nitpicking the manage library icon

The icon used here does not reflect the action of the button, which is to open the library to manage assets, not to download something per se. It looks like a download icon.

@JvP, I believe this was a holdover from the old “load” mechanic for section templates. I have adjusted it to convey more of a collection / bookmark / saved aspect that it now represents.
