NextGen Gallery - Images not rotating

I have one gallery (Homecoming 2016) where images and thumbnails need to be rotated. I used the bulk action to rotate them and got a message that images were rotated. The images appear rotated on the back end, but not on the front end. If you will point me in the right direction, I will be most appreciative.

It seems that you are using the Album shortcode instead of the Gallery specific shortcode, I went ahead and added the Gallery shortcode for the HOMECOMING 2016. To know more about the Nextgen Galleries and other settings, I would suggest you go through the following articles below.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, the thumbnails are rotated, but the images did not.
