Hi @Hrouw78,
Thanks for reaching out.
It is not clear what is the problem you are facing. I have checked your Themeco Account and found the License is already added to it. Please find the screenshot in the secure note.
Thanks

Hi @Hrouw78,
The issue you specify mostly occurs due to the PHP version. I would suggest you make sure that the PHP version should be 7.4. If the version is already set to the 7.4, there might be some different reasons behind your issue.
I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.
If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access to the secure note including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– FTP/CPanel credentials to get the file access.
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
Thanks
Hello,
Thank you so much!
Do you really need a staging server? It doens’t matter that the live site will be broken. It’s just an empty wordd press page.
I found the PHP 7.0 version on admin panel:
Please find the secure notes for login details.

Hi @Hrouw78,
If you have already found that the PHP version is 7.0. I would suggest you contact your Hosting Service provider to upgrade the PHP version to the 7.4 and check if that resolves your issue or not.
Hope it helps.
Thanks
Hi @tristup,

Thank you, this topic can be closed.
