New x theme license add to website

Hello,

I added a new x theme licence to my website because I like to work with the newest cornerstone pagebuilder.
But if I valid

Then I got the following;
Oh my, it looks like this page has been lost

Do you have a solution

I made an new account (hrouw78) becaue the old account (hrouw) had the old purchased x theme (bought in 2018). Check out the new post (hrouw78 in the forum)
