New x child theme and styling

updated to new pro however child theme is having issues, also styling is messed up. can you help grab the css in other child theme. I cant identify which is which? When I activate pro child theme it reverts to the old one. I NEED YOU TO FIX THIS ASAP

Looks like you forgot to share website URL. Can you please share the same? In the meantime please try following:

  1. Copy existing codes ex PHP and CSS from current child theme to a temporary file and delete child theme.
  2. Download Pro child theme from following resource. https://theme.co/apex/child-themes
  3. Install the child theme from Appearance > Themes > Add New.
  4. Paste the codes you copied in first step into appropriate locations in the newly installed child theme.

Did you try to follow the recommendations of Prasant?

Can you be more specific where you are seeing the errors?

Please also provide your FTP credentials and Wp Admin Credentials in case we need to investigate.
