New Wordpress User (Administrator) Cannot Access Cornerstone

Our main account has no issues with Cornerstone, we can see the content just fine. When I login to the user’s account (which has admin rights), the cornerstone theme-options fails to load. When I inspect the console, I see errors:

“code”: “invalid_json”,
“message”: “The response is not a valid JSON response.”
}”
Since it works for out account, but not his, I am unsure what the issue could be. Disabling all plugins did not seem to help.

– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

Hello Josh,

I checked your site dashboard but it seems that you have not given the administrator privilege to the given user account. Please provide administrator permission to the given user account so we can check it on our end.

Hey @prakash_s,

The user is an administrator. Can you try navigating to any of the admin pieces via the URL? For example, https://{WEBSITE}/wp-admin/users.php ? You should see that user there, along with the Administrator privileges.

Hello Josh,

This issue could be caused by one of your plugins. Please test for a plugin conflict and I would recommend that you start with Disable XML-RPC-API and WordFence plugin.

Let us know how it goes.

It seems that the staging is corrupted. I cannot access the WP admin page, I also notice that when checking the website, it is showing the folder content.
