We are using cornerstone as it is bundle with X theme, we have current version on our sites. There seems to be a discrepancy between two different sites though, in one, we can use the “new” text elements and that gives us all of the options, on the other site when we use the “new” text element we do not have any of the options (such as padding or styling/placement of text). Could you please let me know what could be the issue or what we can do to fix this.

Thank you for reaching out to us. It sounds like the Advanced Mode (see https://theme.co/docs/advanced-mode) is turned off in your setup where you’re not seeing all the options. To enable the Advanced Mode, first click on the cog icon in the settings area then inside the Preferences tab enable the Advanced Mode option.
This should bring back all the options for all elements. Let us know how this goes!
