Thanks for writing in! Please be advised that only pages/posts created in Cornerstone can be edited in the builder. Any content inserted using the default WP editor or any other builder will be discarded when you edit that page inside the Cornerstone Builder. We would love to check your site if you can provide us your WP access. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

Hey Laura,

As it turns out, your pages or posts was created using the Classic element. To get the issue resolved, please go to Cornerstone > Settings > Permissions > Elements and make sure to enable “All Classic” elements.
