New site homepage broken - as usual cannot update license

Hi, I just migrated a new site.

whenever I do this it always takes at least a day, even with an incognito window, for me to be able to add my license… and have it actually work (turn green).

It is USUALY not such a big deal to wait, although it is the literally ONE thing that i dont like about PRO. Otherwise PRO is awesome. :slight_smile:

In this case tho, the home page is broken, looks like a css issue or maybe a slider issue… in any case. I cant upgrade PRO, because of course, I cant add the license. My first inclination is to upgrade and see if it fixes things.

PLEASE HELP

ALSO, when trying to load the page in PRO i get this message:

OK, it seems to be a php8 issue, php7.4 fixers it. so I assume a theme upadte might have fixed this and got it working on php8? Could you please login and take a look… there is no weird code that i know of that might cause this.

Thanks for reaching out!

It is still advisable to use PHP 7.4 as WordPress suggested. On the other hand, regarding the validation, it was a bug with the previous version and fixed in the latest release.

That being said, I remove your Parent Pro theme and upload a new latest version then your website is now validated.

ps. I do have a few sites running on 8 without issue… but 7.4 is fine for now of course.
