Can anyone tell me how to make a site similar to this?
Better yet I know its apart of the them.co family but wanted a little more information on it
Or what I be better to go on the design cloud and chose one from there? Any help would be great

Thanks for writing in! The example site is using the X theme with a heavily modified child theme. The site layout is uncommon which you cannot replicate from any of the demos in the Design Cloud. If you need to replicate the site, it is advisable that you use the Pro theme instead because Pro theme has a custom header and footer builder that you can use. Feel free to check out Pro theme here:
