Need to remove the loading options

Hi There,

I am using xtheme with renew stack, when I open my homepage, I see it is taking time to load blogs and keep showing black dots that indicates loading, how do I disabled this script just so the page would load faster?

Thanks
Saif

When I use the standard options under blog, it loads faster. but not with the masonry.

I wanted to keep the masonry as the settings and remove the loading options, hope it makes sense

Hi Saif,

It seems that the JavaScript code for the masonry layout may be the reason behind your issue. It sometimes depends on the local environment or the browser which loads the JavaScript slowly. I have tested your site on our end and it loads quite perfectly in a little time. If you still not satisfied with it, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Shared the secure not, it would best if you could remove load option, then I can test and let you know the outcome

Hi @saif39,

I just check your website with Masonry set on the blog theme options on your homepage and I couldn’t replicate the issue you are facing on. I suggest that you clear your browser cache.

Hope that helps.

Thank you.

The issue is when I use the speed accelerator feature from my ad partner, I just enabled the feature right now.

can you check the page on a private window now, not sure is it the same javascript which is slowing down the loading process, when I open the page for the first time, it takes about 20-30 seconds to load the content. After few days, it slows down the page even more.

Hello Saifudheen,

Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

  • X theme 8.0.7
  • Cornerstone 5.0.7
  • WordPress 5.6
  • PHP 7.4

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog:

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Please let us know how it goes.
