Need help - Cornerstone does not update live preview


First, thanks for making XTheme and Cornerstone.

I’m having an issue with Cornerstone on this this Wordpress Site I am managing.

The website is: XTheme is validated.

The Cornerstone has not been working eversince WP 6.x upgrade.
When I add a new section, text, or images, I can not see the preview in Cornerstone.
I have to save and reload to see changes.

What have I done but didn’t work.

  • Disabled LSCache from Wordpress.
  • Clear LightSpeed webserver cahce.
  • Tried disabling cusomt CSS + JS.
  • Tried disabling Wordfence.
  • Cleared Cache from Xtheme.
  • Used Incognito on Firefox + Chrome + Opera + Vivaldi browser.

My boss purchased this XTheme + Cornerstone bundle many years ago, and didn’t remember the login to Evanto.
So, I’m unable to provide you with license key.

Can you please help? We have a big update to see to.

It seems that there might be an issue of plugin conflict. I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

If none of those work, It would be best if you could copy your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password
  • FTP Details

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

I gone through the troubleshooting steps and still having issues (including raising PHP mem to 512Mb).

I’m now reaching out to my CPanel provider to help me to create a staging site for Wordpress.
Once that’s done, I’ll provide you with

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password
  • FTP Details

I’ve created a staging server and FTP to the staging server domain.

It seems that a 3rd party plugin was causing the issue. I just do not know which of the plugins because I only deactivated most of them. My only guess is the WordFence plugin. Please edit a page now in the builder to test it.

I did try to disabloe WordFence sometime ago, but did not solve the ‘non-live editing’ issue.
