Need equivalent embed code for x_video_player shortcode

Certain parts of of my site does not evaluate shortcode but I need self hosted video to show up there so I need equivalent embed code for [x_video_player type="16:9" m4v="url"]

What would that be? or how do I make sure self hosted videos show up without using shortcode?

You can use the following code for self hosted videos:

  <source src="mov.mp4" type="video/mp4">
  <source src="mov.ogg" type="video/ogg">
  Your browser does not support HTML5 video.
</video>
