Hey Kenneth,

I experienced the issue on my site so I tried to replicate the same setup in my test site and it looks like it’s only happening on your end. I could be wrong but first, we need to know if this is really an issue with our theme and not caused by 3rd plugins or a custom code.

That said, please do the following actions to determine if the issue is only with our theme.

  1. Testing For Plugin Conflict
  2. Child Theme
  3. Css/Js Customization

Only if none of that helps, please give us the following info in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin Username and Password

I just reset them. Those credentials should work now.

Hey Kenneth,

I see that it happens if you have lots of menu items only. I tested a small group of menus and the issue doesn’t happen.

I’ll post this issue in our Issue Tracker so that this will be queued for further investigation and a fix might be included in one of the succeeding theme updates.

For now, please reduce your menu items (recommended for UX) and try to use the Pro Header and within it, a Navigation Inline element.
