Narrowing of container at top

The container on one page has is narrow right at the top. Once you scroll down a bit it does back to normal. This is only an issue on desktop. It seems to only be on one page noble-pro.com/covid-19-updates.

This is a normal Cornerstone page with no changes. I have updated/reinstalled both Cornerstone and X Theme.

4. Disabling Cache
5. Child Theme
