YITH WooCommerce Badge Management Premium : 1.3.18

All plugins, theme and wordpress are updated

happy to hear from your side

Thanks.

Hi @asc,

Thank you for writing in, this seems to be a caching related issue, please clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors. If possible, please deactivate those caching feature for awhile and see if that resolves the issue.

And X 7.0.3, and Cornerstone 4.0.3 are now live on automatic updates, please update to those latest version.

Cheers!

Hi @friech,

Thanks for your reply. We have updated the theme and Cornerstone to the latest versions mentioned above. We have tried clear the caches and also deactivating all cache related plugin. Still the problem persists.

Any other ideas that should help us solve the problem?

Further, do you require any further information from our side to investigate?

Thanks in Advance

Hey @asc, thanks for conducting all these tests as per our recommendation.

I think that at this point, it’s best if we can personally take a look at the back-end of your site, if that’s alright with you.

Can you provide us with login details on a Secure Note?

Thank you.

Hi @friech,

Thanks for your reply.I have given you login details as a secure note.

Thanks in Advance

Hi @asc,

I checked the staging site you gave. Even though the caching plugin has been disabled, I can still see the Pantheon Page Cache page in the admin wordpress dashboard.

I cleared the cache in the staging site and the shop page is now working ok. Can you also try this in your live site?

Thanks

Hi @friech,

Thanks for your reply.

We have cleared all the caches but still it is having issues. Please find a link to the video that highlights the issue.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TPAORpxo4vyfPRzxH7knswbatXXOSPUp/view?ts=5d95c51f

and this one https://www.loom.com/share/482617dd15414add81625aa72b3bdbcc

It works normally sometimes and then it vanishes. So probably when you might have checked, it may be working for a bit and then when try to play around and checking different links, the error re-occurs.

Can we take a call? or remote desktop session to solve this issue. We are loosing business and it’s fustrating that the issue isn’t resolved yet.

Hello @asc,

Regretfully we do not offer phone support. We also do not do remote desktop sessions to resolve any issues. Your case is quite unique. We have tested several times in our different local installation and we could not replicate your issue. This may only happen to your staging which is the Pantheon. Can you please clone your site and have a staging site in some other site like WPEngine, FlyWheel or SiteGround. Having it this way, we can compare two staging sites. I know Pantheon limits the resources in WordPress. It could be that Pantheon itself is the one throwing this errors when viewing your site. It would be much easier to use other staging sites instead.

For more staging site options, please check this out:

Please let us know how it goes.

Hi @friech,

Thanks for your reply.

We are replicating our code on different server

Meanwhile. do you have any alternative solutions?

Furthermore, we are getting the error of Cornerstone plugins

Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function x_get_option() in… wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/extend/portfolio.php:31

https://prnt.sc/pf4v1o

Hi @asc,

The site requires authentication, please provide login so we can take a closer look.

Regarding that new error, please do testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Thanks,

Hi @friech,

Thanks for your reply.

I have attached the password and username in a secure note.

Hello @asc,

Thanks for updating in! I have tested several pages including the WooCommerce shop pages. I did not encounter any errors anymore.

Please check your site again.
