Hi @asc,

I want to clarify what error you’re referring to. When I click on the categories on the right under Sports, sometimes I see results on the catalogue page, sometimes the spinner just keeps on spinning. I assume this is what you’re referring to.

Sometimes it’s loading (here’s an example when I clicked “Futsal”)

I see that the plugin being used for this functionality is YITH Woocommerce Ajax Product Filter. Since this is a third-party plugin, I would suggest that you reach out to the developers to ask for their opinion as I think it’s being caused by this plugin.

Thanks for your reply, We would definitely try to reach out to them.

Further, we tried deactivating this plugin and then test but again to no desirable results.

Any other ideas to bring this home?

It looks like that one is more comprehensive and has fleshed out tests you’ve done, I’ll just post my response there.
