I used X theme on museedelabanane.fr and when I upload PRO and activate it, the website don’t work at all… On my Management system, i got this message :
Fatal Error (E_COMPILE_ERROR): Cannot redeclare x_shortcode_dropcap() (previously declared in /home/museedelf/www/wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/includes/shortcodes/dropcap.php:6) occurred in wp-content/plugins/x-shortcodes/functions/shortcodes.php on line 92

Hi David,
Thanks for writing in! When you’re updating from X to Pro, you need to delete Cornerstone plugin on your site which is under /wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/.
Cornerstone functionality is already integrated into Pro theme and that’s why you’re getting this Cannot redeclare error.
When you’re testing your site again, make sure to clear full cache as well (https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-clear-your-cache-in-wordpress/).

When i delete cornerstone plugin, the site worked on X theme… a few minutes later i notice that the X theme licence was not activated. when i enter my X licence, the website down again… can you help me please?

My apologies but I am a bit confused of the current issue. Are you going to use Pro on the site in question instead of X? If so and if you have updated from X to Pro, you will have to disable Cornerstone first before activating Pro as that will present an error which you got based on your first thread.
We have a KB article where you can find details information on how to convert X to Pro.
Once you have activated Pro, you will need to validate the site again using a Pro license.
