Hi,

I updated the MEC for version 7.37 - Themeco supported version but still is asking for activation. I thought this was solved between Themeco and MEC. I had a previous thread on this one.

I cannot replicate the issue on my local testing server. I am using Pro theme 6.9.7 and MEC Pro 7.37.

If you have all the latest version, you should be seeing this:

We would be happy to double check your site if we can log in. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
