Hello Themeco Support,
I am using Modern Events Calendar as a bundled extension with my validated Themeco theme. Currently, the site is running MEC version 7.37.0. (site: https://gvdos.nl/ )
The plugin displays an error stating that it is not activated and is running with Lite features because it cannot reach the license server. Due to this license validation issue, several premium features that should be included—such as the Daily Schedule—are missing from my dashboard.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
- Verified that my Themeco theme license is fully active and validated.
- Deactivated and reactivated the Modern Events Calendar plugin.
- Cleared the system and style caches within Cornerstone.
Since the automated license validation for the bundled version is failing in 7.37.0, could you please assist me in getting the Pro features restored, or provide a secure method to downgrade to a stable version where the bundled validation works correctly?
