Modern Event Calendar Thumbnails are pixelating

Hi ThemeCo,

I’m experiencing a similar issue as @eyedia with ME Calendar.

I’ve followed the same steps but am not achieving the same results.

As you will see on dancersofibiza.com (my home page) the image under the Events heading is pixelating quite a lot.

I’ve resized them in my Media settings and regenerated the thumbnails using the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin but the issue still remains.

By the looks of it, it seems to only be happening when viewed from a desktop computer. When viewed from a mobile device, everything seems fine.

Your input in suggestions is very much appreciated.

Hey Julius,

The Events images don’t look pixelated to me. It’s because they’re already 500px in width.

You might be seeing a cached version of the page. Please clear your browser’s cache and also view your site using other browsers and in their private/incognito mode.

You are right. I was viewing a cached version. Opened up the page in a different browser and my pixelation nightmares were gone.
