Mobile View Displays 'Title' on header, then rotate mobile to landscape and it appears - how do i fix?

I’m brand new to X Theme and when I downloaded the demo content of Integrity 1 and edited some of the headers with the blue circle next to them, they only appear as ‘Title’ when viewed from a mobile/cell. Why is this and how do I fix?
