Mobile video

Hello Themeco,

We would like to create a watch video button on our mobile view.
( Because IOS does not support autoplay background videos)

This is example of how we want it:

I tried making it with a modal but I can’t get it in the right format.

I hope u guys could help me figure this out.

Unfortunately, the Admin login URL is not accessible and showing the error shown in the secure note. I would suggest you please check and get back to us on this along with the page where you have added this modal with video.

Hello @djkranendonk,

Please use the new Video element instead:

• https://theme.co/docs/video

And then you must insert the direct video file URL like https://example.com/video-file-name.mp4

You can go to your WordPress > Media and upload your *.mp4 video file.

Hope this makes sense.

Hello Themeco,

I changed the classic video to the new video element. I also added the video from my libary.
unfortunate the video wont load on my mobile at the home page, even tough i got it working on the: werken bij page. It works on the Wordpress mobile view. But not on the real mobile view.

Your video could be corrupted because this is what I am seeing.

If I check on my phone, I am seeing this:

If you still have the original video, please use Handbrake.fr tool to convert it to *.mp4 video format.
