Mobile site no longer scrolling properly

I’ve run into an issue that I can’t seem to find the source of the issue. The mobile version of my site seems to get ‘stuck’, which prevents users from scrolling up or down the page. Can you help me to diagnose?

Thanks for writing in! It seems that a JS error is present on the page. This issue could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

• Testing for Plugin Conflict
• Theme Update
• Child Theme
• CSS/JS Customization
• Disabling Cache
• Disabling CDN
